Sam Liberti, FABID, Owner

Sam has been designing homes in the Augusta area, Coastal Georgia and South Carolina, since 1984. He is a Certified Professional Building Designer, past National President and professional member of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD), HERS rater. He has 24 years experience in the construction and building materials industry, and incorporates that knowledge into his projects, bringing clients the latest information about technological improvements that would benefit a home’s design.

Low Tide Designs is a vertically oriented company, that is, organized for a single point-of-contact relationship between client and designer which serves to maximize responsiveness to client-specific needs. This type of internal structure allows for team communication, in lieu of a traditionally departmentalized company where vital information may be lost in the conveyance from one department head to another. The same designer carries a project through the building delivery process from concept through design development and construction documentation to completion. This provides a high level of commitment to ensure that each and every commission achieves both creative and technical excellence.

It is also our practice to utilize consulting, mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural engineers who are selected based on their experience and ability to meet the requirements of a particular project.
